Chandigarh, July 11- Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya paid a courtesy call on the Defence Minister of India, Shri Rajnath Singh in New Delhi late in the evening on Wednesday. The Governor presented a bouquet and shawl to the Defence Minister and congratulated him on his birthday and wished God a happy and prosperous life.
