Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of 73rd Republic Day
Chandigarh, January 25, 2022: In his Republic Day greetings, Shri Dattatraya said that it was a big challenge before the nation to establish a system of governance after independence. Babasaheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar accepted this challenge and drafted the Constitution, which came into force on 26 January 1950.
He said that today the country is on the path of progress in sync with the spirit of the Constitution. The people and the state government have made Haryana a leading state in the country with their hard work and sincere efforts. They deserve congratulations for the progress of the state.
Governor Shri Dattatraya said that taking forward the vision of Digital India, 511 schemes of 41 departments have been made online through Antyodaya and Saral Kendras in the state. Family identity cards are being made for the people of the state to get the benefits of all schemes sitting at home.
He said that many farmer-friendly schemes like Meri Fasal, Mera Byora, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana, Pragatisheel Kisan Samman Yojana and Mera Pani Meri Virasat have been implemented by the Haryana government for the farmers. The farmers benefited from these schemes have produced record food grains.
Shri Dattatraya said that many revolutionary reforms have been done in the field of education in the state, which has initiatives in implementing the National Education Policy-2020. Free coaching is being provided to the students under the ‘Super-100’ program in the state. The state government and our corona warriors have made a significant achievement in vaccinating the people so fast to prevent the spread of Covid-19. They deserve appreciation for this.
