Describing Netaji as a great revolutionary, true patriot and nationalist, Shri Dattatraya said that Subhash Chandra Bose was a great speaker and journalist, who started Azad Hind Radio outside the country in Berlin and started broadcasting in a dozen of native and foreign languages. With these programs, the flames of independence were ignited in the hearts and minds of Indians living in the country and abroad.

Shri Dattatraya said that his slogan “You give me blood, I will give you freedom” had created enthusiasm in the mind of every Indian.
