Preserve heritage monuments: Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya

    Chandigarh, April 18, 2022: Heritage monuments are not only a rare source of historical facts but also a great reflection on our culture, civilization and traditions with which humanity has evolved over centuries!
    This was stated by Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya in his message on the occasion of ‘World Heritage Day.’ We need to preserve our cultural heritage, which have a significant contribution in the progress of a country. It is even more important in India where there is a culture of unity in diversity, he said.
    Shri Dattatraya said that by saving and preserving monuments related to culture and history, tourism gets a big boost as more and more people visit monuments to know about our ancient culture and traditions in vogue in different parts of the country.
    Governor Shri Dattatraya has appealed to the general public to contribute in protecting the national monuments as a part of our responsibility in ensuring all round progress of the country and the state of Haryana.
