Haryana Governor mourns passing of Nagaland Governor Shri La Ganesan

Chandigarh, August 16, 2025: Haryana Governor Prof Ashim Kumar Ghosh has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Nagaland Governor Shri La Ganesan, who passed away in Chennai on Friday at the age of 80.

In his condolence message, Governor Prof Ghosh said, “I am deeply saddened by the news of the sudden demise of Shri La Ganesan ji. I shared a long-standing and warm association with him, and always saw in him a leader of great stature.”

He added, “Shri La Ganesan was dedicated to his responsibilities and worked tirelessly for the welfare and progress of the people of Tamil Nadu. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace!”
