Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatreya honoring Mata Amritananda Mai
Chandigarh, August 21, 2022: Founded on compassion and guided by blessings of Mata Amritanandamayi, revered as Amma for her selfless love toward all beings, Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, will be a milestone in serving humanity with ethical, affordable and quality healthcare, said Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya on Sunday during his visit to the region’s iconic healthcare facility.
Shri Dattatraya said: “Amma has been relentless in her divine efforts to spread Indian culture and spiritual aura throughout the world. Through anecdotes, she conveys the importance of values and spirituality in human life. Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, with 2,600 beds, is a world-class spiritually blessed health infra and a priceless asset for Haryana.”
The Governor, while inviting Amma to Kurukshetra, a great confluence of divinity and spirituality where Lord Krishna gifted humanity Gita, a source of enlightenment, said that selfless service of Mata Amritanandamayi to humanity has no parallel in the world. She is a divine source of knowledge, though she had formal education only for a few years.
