Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya pays tribute to Telangana martyrs on State Formation Day

Chandigarh, June 2, 2025: Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya on Monday paid heartfelt tributes to the martyrs of Telangana at the Amaraveerula Sthupam (Martyrs Memorial) located at Gun Park, opposite the Telangana Legislative Assembly, Hyderabad, on the occasion of Telangana Formation Day.

In a gesture of deep respect and remembrance, Shri Dattatraya also garlanded the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, situated opposite the Telangana Legislative Assembly. His visit reflected reverence for the sacrifices made by the people in the struggle for the formation of Telangana and acknowledged the pivotal role played by national leaders in unifying the nation.

Shri Dattatraya expressed his heartfelt homage to the brave souls who laid down their lives for the cause of Telangana and extended his best wishes to the people of the state. He said that Telangana’s progress is a tribute to the vision and perseverance of its people and leadership.
