All copyrights are reserved with the Raj Bhavan Haryana. The material posted on the website may be reproduced without formal permission for the purposes of non-commercial research, private study, review and news reporting provided that the same is appropriately attributed. For any other purposes, one is required to obtain permission by sending a mail. Under Section 2 (k) of the Copyright Act, 1957, the copyright for the reproduction of any material from the debates and ancillary publications vests with the Raj Bhavan Haryana. A member of the assembly desirous of reproducing any material from the Raj Bhavan Haryana debates or even his own speeches is required to seek formal permission from the Speaker giving specific details of the matter to be reproduced. The Editorial Branch of RLA Secretariat is responsible for the examination of copyright matters.
